Sr. Engineer Certification

**What you’ll do:**

The Sr. Engineer – Product Compliance is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of product certification and regulatory compliance for a global portfolio of products, including panel boards, enclosures, control equipment, cable glands, fittings and LED luminaires. This role leads complex certification projects, mentors engineering teams, and ensures alignment with evolving global standards. The position requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external certification bodies. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for compliance excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
