**What you’ll do:**

We seek motivated professionals to lead projects in the Direct Material Productivity (DMP) team, focusing on non-ferrous and specialty metals. The role ensures compliance with ASTM, IEC, and UL standards while delivering cost-effective, reliable solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities include mentoring juniors, driving innovation, leading ProLaunch projects, and collaborating with Global Procurement and EIIC divisions. The position emphasizes Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) and cost optimization through New Product Introductions (NPI) using Design to Value methodology. Strong technical expertise in Low and Medium Voltage electrical products, and a system-level perspective are essential, along with excellent decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities.
