Kohler is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Codes & Standards team with a primary focus on supporting product compliance across Latin America, beginning with Mexico and expanding support to other key LATAM markets. This role will help ensure that products designed for North America are certified and compliant for sale into LATAM, accounting for electrical, plumbing, water, labeling, and market-access requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical understanding—preferably with experience in electrical product compliance and/or plumbing and water-efficiency requirements—and will be comfortable navigating a varied set of regulatory expectations across the region.
