Sr Engineer – LATAM Product Compliance • Work Mode: Hybrid, Monterrey

Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements in Mexico and additional LATAM markets and advise on compliance obligations when bringing products into the region.
• Support the migration of North American products to LATAM by identifying gaps in electrical, plumbing, water-efficiency, material, or labeling requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies and local representatives to manage product registrations, renewals, documentation, and other market-access activities.
• Review designs, specifications, and components selections to determine whether they align with target-country compliance expectations.
• Maintain organized records, certification files, and compliance evidence to support audits, renewals, and internal traceability.
