Sr Engineer (Slider SEM Metrology Development)

Our team at the Seagate Korat Slider Factory focuses on high-precision mechanical process engineering for the next generation of data storage products. We are seeking an engineer to support the development and optimization of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) metrology to support advanced magnetic recording transducer roadmap. 

About the role - you will:

• Join the development team and own SEM metrology execution for advanced HDD transducer design and broader Slider process needs.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SEM measurement recipes, with primary focus on advanced transducer features (measurement methodology, data extraction rules).
• Qualify and release measurement recipes using metrology validation methods, including GR&R, stability monitoring, and correlation or bias checks when standards or references are available.
