Primary Purpose of Job

• Manage new supplier qualifications and development.
• Manage supplier PPAP process in new product development or transfer or resourcing project.
• Manage Production Assurance (Pre-shipment Inspection/ Process audit) and Problem Solving.
• Manage internal customer complaint and warranty follow-up.
• Lead continuous improvement internally (GSMA) and externally (supplier side).

Major Responsibilities

Conduct Quality Audit (SQA) and Social Accountability Audit (SA) to suppliers based on Stanley Black & Decker audit process. Trace improvement plan (CAP) and maintain the audit information into dedicated audit database.
