Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• With at least 5 years experience in architectural and civil maintenance
• With experience in construction and facility repairs.
• Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
• Willing to be assigned at Silang, Cavite
• Willing in shifting schedule

Job Summary

• Responsible for ensuring that the building is in good working condition, appearance and meets the safety standard. Job includes performing inspection, maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and functional working environment as well as checking of third party contractor activities.
