Sr. ESH Engineer

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably a licensed engineer.
With a least (3) years of experience as ESH in a manufacturing/electronics industry,
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
DOLE Accredited Safety Practitioner or Consultant
Accredited Pollution Control Officer
Experience with ISO standards and continuous improvement
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
Key Job Functions
Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, NEA). This includes managing environmental permits (air, water, waste) and acting as the site liaison for regulatory agencies.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct complex Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to minimize risk.
