Sr. Executive Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Distribution Finance Operations

• Monitor daily sales transactions and ensure timely posting in ERP.
• Review distributor claims, discounts, schemes, and incentives for accuracy.
• Validate price lists, trade offers, and credit notes as per company policies.
• Handle distributor onboarding documentation and financial compliance.

2. Collections & Credit Management

• Monitor receivables ageing and ensure timely collections from distributors.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Review credit exposures and recommend actions to reduce overdue balances.

3. Distributor Reconciliation

• Perform monthly reconciliation of distributor accounts (sales, returns, collections).
• Resolve discrepancies through coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
