Key Responsibilities

1. Blue Collar Recruitment

• Execute bulk hiring for shop-floor manpower (operators, technicians, contract workforce).
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local sources for timely closures.
• Conduct initial screenings, trade tests, and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain manpower planning and ensure alignment with production requirements.

2. Blue Collar Training & Development

• Identify training needs for shop-floor employees in coordination with production teams.
• Organize induction programs, safety training, and skill development initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
• Support multi-skilling and productivity enhancement initiatives.
