Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager / Assistant Manager, TTSH Inpatient Operations, the Senior Executive / Executive, TTSH Inpatient Operations will support the department to achieve the hospital’s strategy for patients and staff through care transformation and process redesign, leveraging technology for digitalisation and redesigning jobs for sustainability.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager / Assistant Manager, TTSH Inpatient Operations, the Senior Executive / Executive, TTSH Inpatient Operations will support the department to achieve the hospital’s strategy for patients and staff through care transformation and process redesign, leveraging technology for digitalisation and redesigning jobs for sustainability.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- To support the Department in hospital transformation projects relevant to inpatient operations, including infrastructure projects and IT projects.
- To support the Department in the hospital transformation project relevant to Hospital without Walls.
- To support the Department and Nursing in ICU, HDU and General Wards for care and process redesign, IT and automation redesign and job redesign initiatives in Main TTSH and TTSH Wards @ Ren Ci.
