Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for construction and infrastructure projects across multiple locations.
Partner with Project Heads and Business Leaders to plan and fulfil project-wise manpower requirements.
Manage bulk, lateral, and project-based hiring for technical and support roles.
Drive sourcing through job portals, referrals, consultants, and site-level hiring initiatives.
Ensure timely manpower mobilization in line with project schedules and delivery timelines.
