Sr. Executive Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and demand.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address delays, shortages, or machine breakdowns.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Track production performance against plan and prepare variance and efficiency reports.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure production meets quality standards.
• Maintain and update production planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Liaise with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
