The Role
The Main Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on all in-country Data Centers and Point of Presence, ensure site infrastructure is compliance to company standard and labeling. Update site documentation from time-to-time. Attend to customer premise to carry out CPE installation/configuration/trouble shooting Manage the warehouse inventory ensure Network and CPE sparing is at the safety level in order to support new order fulfillment and break-fix.
