Job Description

The Role
The Main Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on all in-country Data Centers and Point of Presence, ensure site infrastructure is compliance to company standard and labeling. Update site documentation from time-to-time.
Attend to customer premise to carry out CPE installation/configuration/trouble shooting
Manage the warehouse inventory ensure Network and CPE sparing is at the safety level in order to support new order fulfillment and break-fix. Handling CPE delivery to customer location ensure meeting the required SLA
Demonstrate the ability to complete the assigned Work Order independently and documented the result properly.
Demonstrate the ability to manage/supervise remote contractors to ensure work is performed in accordance with acceptable standards and practices.
