Sr. Finance Analyst

**Job Purpose:** The Sr. Financial Analyst will support LatAm Region by analyzing results, preparing reports, and providing insightful explanations for Actuals, Forecasts and Plan deliverables.**Responsibilities:*** Co-ordinate and analyze the LatAm Actual/Plan/FC cycle.* Develop and maintain reports for client PL's.* Review LOB and FTEs for LatAm.* Insure key deliverables are completed on a timely basis.* Utilize software tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other databases to compile, manipulate, and format data.* Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.* Partner with in country Finance Leads.* Support ad hoc requests for LatAm.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in relevant field.* Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analytics and forecasting.* Advanced excel skills**OTHER REQUIREMENTS*** Experience in strategic planning and execution.
