Sr. Finance Director - Public Company & Capital Markets

Job Description


+ Partner with the SEC reporting team on public company filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), earnings releases, and supporting disclosures — ensuring investor-facing narratives align with reported financials

+ Maintain working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX to inform capital markets and M&A decisions

+ Lead investor relations activities, including earnings calls, investor presentations, analyst communications, and shareholder engagement

+ Support and execute capital markets activities, including equity/debt offerings, refinancing, and credit facility management

+ Evaluate investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return assessments

+ Lead and support M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation support, and post-merger integration

+ Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, legal counsel, banks, investors, ...
