Sr. Finance Manager

oles & Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning & analysis, developing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, providing insightful variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, assess profitability, and evaluate financial performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of real estate developer experience.
