Sr Finance Systems Analyst

Job Purpose

Serves as a subject matter expert in financial systems and processes. Leads small projects or workstreams, performs complex data analysis, and partners with stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for system enhancements
• Analyze and interpret financial data and system outputs
• Design and execute test plans for new features or fixes
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in financial systems or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday)
• Hands-on experience with financial systems.
