Sr. FA/Manager – Rapidly Growing PE Backed Service Firm
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

Pay: $120,000k+ base (flexible based on experience) + 10% bonus target

Schedule: Hybrid – Tue–Thu in-office (or Mon–Wed); expect ~4 days/week during onboarding ramp | Direct Hire
