**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
**- Financial Reporting and Analysis**:
Prepare and communicate financial analyses to support plant initiatives.
Perform month-end closing entries and prepare performance reports.
Conduct monthly variance analysis of plant spending against budget and forecasts.
Assist with standard cost calculations and related analytics.
Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
**- **Inventory Management**:
Manage cycle counts and obsolete inventory processes.
**- **Cost and Cash Productivity**:
Drive cost and cash efficiency initiatives with the leadership team.
