The SeniorFOIA Analystserves as a senior technical and analytical expert responsible for managing the most complex, sensitive, and high-visibility Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), and Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) requests. Working under limited supervision and in collaboration with agency officials, legal counsel, and projectleadership, the Senior Specialistprovidesauthoritative guidance on FOIA/PA compliance, exemption application, anddisclosurerisk assessment.
