About The Role
As the Sr. FP&A Manager , you will drive global excellence in product costing, inventory management, and material variance analysis across three commercial manufacturing sites. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Carrier’s cost competitiveness—delivering deep product cost insights, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), and enabling fact‑based operational and strategic decisions through strong financial controls and cross‑functional partnership.
