Job Description

What You'll Do  
Game Math Design: Build, develop, and document mathematics for slot and instant-win games.Build pay tables, probability models, and simulations to define RTP, volatility, and hit frequency.Ensure balance between player entertainment and commercial targets. 
Analysis & Optimization: Run detailed simulations to validate math performance and regulatory compliance.Optimize math models based on game performance data and player feedback. 
Collaboration: Collaborate with game designers to ensure mathematical models align with game concepts, mechanics, and features.Work closely with developers to build, integrate, and validate math models within the game engine.Assist QA teams in testing and validating game outcomes to confirm alignment with mathematical design expectations.
