Sr. Global Discipline Delivery Specialist

The Delivery Partner is an intermediate level position responsible for employee discipline matters and HR support in coordination with Human Resources teams and Control Functions. The overall objective of this role is to manage a range of HR services related to disciplinary actions and accountability framework within Citi, globally.

Responsibilities include:

-Manage discipline related matters timely and effectively utilizing Citi's case management system in compliance with standards and procedures

-Provide guidance to managers on discipline related policies and liaise with HR Generalists, Advisors, other Human Resources teams and business managers to identify issues and recommend timely solutions.

-Drive consistent application of process controls, ensure quality documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures.
