Sr HR Generalist

As a **Senior Human Resources Generalist** at Honeywell, you will play a critical strategic and operational role in shaping and executing HR and talent strategies aligned to business priorities. This position supports the PSS business, with primary on-site partnership at the Fort Mill, SC location and responsibility for remote sales employees across the United States.

You will report directly to our **HR Director** , and work out of **our Fort Mill, SC** location on a **hybrid** work schedule.

Reporting to the HR Director for the North America Region, you will partner closely with business leaders to drive impactful programs across talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, organization effectiveness, and change management. You will also lead and contribute to HR transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide HR projects.
