A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Sr. HR Manager at MKS Malaysia, you will partner with various functional leaders to coordinate resources and efforts to drive HR work, resolve people relevant issue, enhance communication, improve cross departmental collaboration and facilitate employee's engagement. In this role, you will report to the Regional HR Director.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Directs the planning, implementation, and administration of HR programs for Malaysia which may include employment, responding to employee relation issues, immigration, equal employment practices, organizational development, administers the company's annual performance and salary review process.
• Advises managers, supervisors, and employees in interpretation and application of company HR policies and procedures; provides technical expertise to handle employees related matters.
