Osaka Lighting Looking for Senior HR Officer

Location: Karachi

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree (HR or related field preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of factory HR experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle factory recruitment (workers, staff, supervisors)

2. Manage payroll processing, attendance, and overtime

3. Maintain complete HR documentation (employee files, contracts, letters, records)

4. Look after internal factory HR matters and employee coordination

5. Handle discipline, leaves, and daily HR issues

6. Prepare HR reports and support factory management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
