Amazon Logistics (AMZL) has been rapidly expanding its delivery network across Japan. To overcome its organizational challenges and enable its growth, AMZL HR team is looking for a Sr HR Program Manager who is enthusiastic to make things easier for their stakeholders, to design and execute solutions for various people agendas while has fun in the processes.

In this role, you are responsible for identifying potential projects, evaluating the priorities and feasibility of them, making consensus with stakeholders including senior management, and finally implementing the initiatives. Over the course of actions, you will be required to be both strategic and hands-on.
