Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with assigned OIMs and Rig Managers to plan and execute strategic people movements.
Manage and advise leadership on employee relations issues and performance management tools and processes.
Attend weekly meetings with OIMs and Rig Managers to provide relevant HR guidance to meet operational and personnel objectives.
Create and facilitate training to educate leadership on HR topics.
Support succession/talent development processes and conversations alongside organizational development team.
Initiate transactions and maintain personnel data in HR system of record.
Conduct offshore investigations as required.
Education:
Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree; Course work in Human Resources or another relevant field. Equivalent work experience, or offshore experience in lieu of formal education considered.
