Job Summary: The HR Services Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support across various HR functions, including Offboarding, Learning, HR Admin services, and other HR transactional activities.
This position is designed to develop skills and experience that will prepare the incumbent for future leadership roles within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with managers and employees to ensure a smooth transition, including the return of company assets and updating records
- Provide guidance on severance packages and other offboarding-related inquiries
