Sr HSE Engineer

Responsible for leading, coordinating, and ensuring full plant compliance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) legal requirements. Serves as the primary liaison with government authorities and drives continuous improvement through ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 management systems, ensuring a safe work environment aligned with Honeywell corporate standards and plant policies.

+ Lead implementation and compliance with Mexican regulations (NOMs), corporate standards, and plant procedures related to EHS, including coordination of internal audits, corrective action plans, and closure follow-up.
+ Ensure validity and renewal of permits, licenses, and authorizations with federal, state, and local agencies (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, STPS, JMAS, Civil Protection, SEDUE, etc.).
+ Maintain comprehensive document control of permits, reports, studies, and legal requirements (current and historical) to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
