Job Description

We are seeking for Sr HR Operations Specialist to support our Global HR Service Delivery team as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. In this role, you will be supporting and growing along with our APAC HR Transformation journey, and act as a Role Model to the expanding team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Serve as the first point of contact towards employees and managers for any general HR inquiries and requests.
+ Administers employee life cycle activities/changes, including but not limited to Onboarding, Termination, HR system Data management, Documents filing, Time & Attendance, Data Reporting, Generation of Employment-related Letters, Benefit Administration, PO/Invoice Management, etc.
+ Support tasks intake and adoption from Regional HR Business Partners and other COEs (e.g., C&B, Talent Development, Global Mobility, etc.)
