Travel: Limited; mainly supplier interaction and local/regional coordination

• Understand user requirements, clarify SOW/LOR, source suppliers, analyze quotes, negotiate prices/terms, and recommend optimal supplier selections aligned with TCO targets.
• Manage complex projects such as construction, tooling, and locally purchased fixed assets.
• Prepare POs following Indirect Expenditure SOPs and ensure full compliance in documentation and approvals.
• Track PO fulfillment and inventory receipts through ERP systems.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities (cost savings, process improvements).
• Prepare monthly expense reports, cost‑savings reports, and overdue PO reports.
