Responsibilities

• Lead SIOP (demand forecast, material forecast)
• Tracking customer shipment dates
• Prioritizing Customer Drop-In orders
• Liaise with customer and ISC for missed deliveries
• Execute Transnorm N.A. Revenue Plan (SRO)

• Operational process improvements
• Prioritization of site VE/CE projects
• Margin Expansion

Manage Customer Relationships And Ensure Customer Satisfaction By

• Acting as the business focal point for customer escalations
• Presenting customer-specific operational data on a quarterly basis
• Leading and presenting RCCA using six‑sigma/lean tools to prevent UDO recurrences
