Sr IT MES

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior MES Developer to lead the enhancement of our Manufacturing Execution Systems with a strong focus on data analysis and machine learning. The primary goal of this role is to drive a 30% increase in production output by implementing intelligent system adjustments, predictive analytics, and process optimization.

• Design, develop, and maintain MES applications tailored to production line performance improvement.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python to predict equipment failures, optimize scheduling, and improve throughput.
• Collaborate closely with Quality and Engineering teams to align MES enhancements with operational goals.
