Sr. Learning Architect, Training and Certification

At SailPoint, the Community and Education team is on a mission to grow identity security skills to meet the increasing demand for talent in the industry. Reporting to the Training and Certification Development Senior Manager, we’re seeking a customer-centric Learning Architect to help us build the future of identity security education. You’ll be responsible for developing deep technical domain knowledge and scaling it as you develop role-based, user-centric training and certification programs. As a Learning Architect, you’ll own the roadmap and development for one or more of our role-based training and certification paths, including a deep understanding of the skills and competencies identity security professionals need to drive success of identity security programs for SailPoint’s customers.
