Job Description

Our Legal & Compliance Team is seeking lawyer familiar with general corporate governance and compliance, corporate transactions and the HK listing rules compliance, open to lawyers from in-house or private practice. This role represents an excellent opportunity to transition into a reputable company with strong financial backing, and with international/regional projects, and to gain experience in handling legal matters, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations across various markets where the group operates.
What you'll do
Developing and implementing legal policies and guidelines to protect the group’s interests and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;

Drafting documents ( announcements, circulars, board papers and etc.) and providing advice and analysis in relation to the day-to-day operation of the group including but not limited to listing rules compliance, corporate governance...
