Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and other legal document.
• Prepare position paper, pleadings, disputes and appeals.
• Provide legal guidance and support to the organization for any legal concerns and issues.
• Represent the company in negotiation, litigations, hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Coordinate with external counsel in handling legal issues.
• Prepare and manage legal correspondences and ensure compliance to government regulations.
• Conduct extensive research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Bar Passer, Member of the Bar
• Law practitioner with at least seven (7) year of progressively responsible experience in legal work.
• Advantage if has knowledge and iGaming industry.
