Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 职 责
Commercial law 
Independently provide legal advice to internal clients on commercial matters and serve as an important point of contact.
Draft and review contracts and other documents, including those for business transactions and daily operations.
Independently manage external counsels.
Collaborate closely with other in-house counsels to ensure cross-functional cooperation in all legal matters.
Work with in-house counsels in other countries/regions on special projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle legal proceedings and manage internal and external investigations as assigned.
Provide legal support for business development and other major deals and transactions as assigned.
Keep the legal team and internal clients updated on the latest legislative and judicial developments.
