Senior Legal Operations Specialist – HoneywellJoin a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity.The role is located in Mexico City and supports operational activities of the Legal department, legal research, drafting legal documents, corporate compliance initiatives and corporate governance.Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home.Maintain and educate stakeholders on LEAP Resource Center, internal document management system.Audit LEAP to identify stalled records, manage profile issues.Assist Sarbanes‐Oxley audits and internal audits.Track working capital, past dues, monetization, update opportunity spreadsheets.Promote compliance with company policies related to sales agents, competition law, export control, executive approvals, and update intranet standard documents.Key skills and qualifications – HoneywellExperience with contract management systems, preferably LEAP.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
