About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Loan Processor
to serve as the central driver of the US mortgage loan process. This role is responsible for managing loan files from application through underwriting submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression while coordinating with borrowers, underwriters, and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and collect required borrower documentation
• Validate income, assets, credit, and other loan data for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure loan files meet established lending guidelines and compliance standards
• Complete all TRID-related requirements within the loan file
• Submit complete and accurate files to Underwriting, QC, and Pre-CD teams
• Communicate with borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and county offices
• Address conditions and follow up on outstanding documentation
