**Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers to ensure timely delivery
+ Review and prepare comprehensive sets of shipping documentation for air, ocean, and truck import/export shipments
+ Handle and coordinate the logistics team in daily operations for seamless execution
+ Validate vendor monthly billing and arrange payment processes strictly adhering to company policies
+ Conduct expense and cost trend analysis to determine financial efficiencies
+ Evaluate important metrics for performance to ensure world-class logistics operations

**Requirements**

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in import and export logistics
+ Preferred experience in China import & export logistics
