**Role Responsibilities**:
- Own and deliver on assigned global RTR initiatives to streamline activity and deliver best practices for RTR COE.
- Communicate with and influence key internal and external business partners.
- Develop and own clear intake processes and procedures for RTR activities, in alignment with RTR taxonomy.
- Evaluate and develop global RTR operations support models, in a global matrixed environment.
- Manage and report on global accounting activities including key performance metrics.
- Analyze accounting operations activities across Segments, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage and lead a team of accounting professionals.
