Key Responsibilities

1. Billing, Energy Settlement & Revenue Assurance

• Set up and streamline the end-to-end billing process along with supporting documentation.
• Ensure accurate energy settlement in offtakers’ electricity bills.
• Establish and manage receivable reconciliation processes.
• Drive timely billing and revenue realization as per approved AoP.
• Ensure adherence to defined TATs across the billing lifecycle:
  • MEA issuance by QCA
  • Coordination with state teams for DISCOM data (e.g., MSEDCL zip files)
  • Validation of billable units with Asset Management team
  • Coordination with CO and F&A teams for sales orders and invoicing
• Manage billing for short-term power transactions including PIs and tax invoices.
