Sr Manager / AGM- Plant Process Engineering- Bidar, Plant, API

1. To coordinate with Production, Engineering, QC, R&D, PPIC, Supply chain to achieve planned production.

2. To ensure optimum capacity utilization by debottlenecking plant from time to time.

3. Evaluating proposed changes in product, process or equipment according to the established procedures.

4. To build procedure/system to reduce the production cost, reduction of waste, increasing recycling and reuse.

5. Support to plant in trouble shooting & investigations.

6. Improvements in process cycle time, yield, operation ease, automation and mechanised system.

7. Improvements in energy conservation & effluent reduction.

8. Improvements in product costing & overall efficiency of the plant.

9. To ensure effective utilization of utilities, steam & power.
