**Ansell is looking for a Sr.Manager Business Intelligence GPMO to join our team in Queretaro, Atlanta or LAC!
**The Senior Manager of Business Intelligence leads all BI and analytics for GPMO, driving a data-driven culture and delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions.This role defines the BI vision, develops and embeds KPI dashboards, ensures consistent use of tools and methodologies, and partners with Strategic Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams to align performance metrics with executive decision-making and growth priorities.Operating with full autonomy, the Senior Manager proactively identifies opportunities to improve business performance and drives solutions from design to delivery.
