As an active part of our Change Management working group, the Change Management Sr Manager will enable the people side of change, with a specific focus on helping people adapt to new processes, roles and ways of working in order to take our business forward. As we evolve our operating model and digitize our workflows, our people need the awareness, knowledge, role clarity and training to grow and succeed; The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and improvements.
