Join our Transactional Core / SAP Platform Services team and take on a role where you’ll start by managing the on-premise SAP application services contract for a major part of dsm-firmenich, with your responsibilities expanding to other services over time. You’ll ensure suppliers deliver on agreed Service Levels and costs, review performance to maintain operational stability and minimize escalations, manage existing contracts while contributing to renewals and new agreements, and collaborate closely with other Delivery Managers to align approaches and work on shared priorities.
