As the Sr. Manager, Enterprise UX Design Architect, you will lead the UX Design practice for OneTru from our Costa Rica hub. You will shape the platform’s end-to-end experience model, define reusable workflow and interaction patterns, and ensure coherence across all user touchpoints. You will partner closely with our Principal UX Researcher in the U.S. and with engineering and product delivery teams across Costa Rica and India, guiding a distributed UX team to deliver intuitive, scalable, and consistent experiences across the platform.
